Ok a little interest for this. . Who has a bike " the 2 wheeled type " ? . Be up for a mid week , mid afternoon cycle if anyone wants to commit to a day . ?? Will pm a location and time if interested.

I'm up for this ..what kind of bike though ..mines is a hybrid..crackin for the hills behind me off pavementing it so to speak

We also have hybrids, not looking for a tour de france lol. Just a build up fitness thing. Any other people interested in a bike ride. ?

Canal is great as is the cycle path to balloch

Used to use that loads last year, so far this year im out of practise

Which is silly as my flat is 20metres from the canal path part of that cycle path

Theres a good trail in strathclyde park in behind the alona just be careful if you use it lots of horses do also

Walk or cycle on any of those areas but weekend is best for me
