Recently discovered that baking treats for my dog really relaxes me.

What relaxes you?

Have you tried making liver cake for your dog yet ? mine love it.

As far the the question.....building models, walking the dog wayyyyy out of the city, and my all time favourite, just sitting outside watching the world go by.

Going off on my own, walking amongst trees, or by lochs, camera in hand, and let nature relax and refresh me.

Meditation

A quiet 30 minute meditation works for me

Erotic massage was never relaxing for the masseuse believe me.

A one hour tantric full body massage may be enjoyable for the recipient but I had to stop as I got to the stage I didn't enjoy giving them any more

Usually clear my head by going running or by making things.

I did a Colour therapy jigsaw last month and really enjoyed that.

The jigsaw is black and white and you colour it yourself at the end.

Is it sad that I can never properly relax?

Even during a massage my mind wanders and I can't let go properly.

I really need to practice mindfulness to see if it helps x
