I quite often have a wee siesta, something I've done for a long time. Seems the older I get the more I can't get through the day without one.

Who else does this? What do you call yours?

Ive never been one to nod off on the sofa but Ive noticed more often than not the min I want to watch something on tv of I go into slumber land lol

id never get back up only time I do that is if Ive not had much or no sleep at night when in company lol

I would be grumpy if I had a sleep during the day, I struggle to sleep at night as it is.

I never have a problem sleeping, the odd night but not that often

I'm bad with my sleeping at night sometimes so yes il try and grab a little cherub nap if I need one xx

Would love a wee power nap through the door sadly not enough hours on the clock at the moment for them. But I do like to go to bed early ie in ten mins lol nn all xx
