I don't work nights anymore I do work twilight shifts so finish at 1am sometimes, years of shift working mean I don't sleep good now

I work nights if i get called in. Can be a real shocker to my body rhythm the next day. Then i spend next few nights trying to recover my sleep pattern.

Nurse . On permanent nights. It's the only way to really 'enjoy' night shift lets your body readjust .
