I'm a photographer and I hate having my photo taken, I even had to go into the studio and set up a full lighting rig just to take my verification photo for this site. Good luck in your search but It's not for me, and not just because I am too old for you LOL

I'd be more than happy to help but it really depends what your looking to shoot. If your looking for still posed and artistic images they are really easy, if a little time consuming. If however your looking to Capture those "in the moment" shots you need to think a bit longer and harder, no pun intended, about composition and always have a camera in arms reach. Feel free to PM me if you want any help and I can share some personal hates and loves.

If you like, pm me.

What are your thoughts, concepts and ideas?

Both Lee and I have done it before.

Speak to your model.

Find out what they want, what they want to achieve results wise, style/theme... modern/black white/vintage etc... if they don't know.. show them works you have done before or from pics on the internet what you can achieve if you don't have a portfolio yet.

Speak to your model about their preferred angles, body areas they want soften/avoided....you can organise poses for that and use props.

Warm room, music, engage with your model to reassure them, be pro and don't look at their bits salivating lol etc...

Tell your model what's happening to their pics once in your possession, from the level of work you gonna do on them/editing to the copyright to the deletion/disposing of the photos.

Quick reply but hope it's useful

Have fun

I think you may have quoted the wrong person. I am already a fairly well established photographer, However your tips are still valid for the OP
