Time wasters

Nothing worse than communicating with someone and arrange a meet then goes silent when they know your sat outside

Not exactly easy meeting when your a single person anyway and knocks your confidence when your time is wasted

Ohh we have been the victim to fake profiles and time wasters.it certainly puts people off. Fab should do something to stop that

The worst thing for us has been people we've refused and subsequently had to block, popping up again on multiple profiles!

We would alI always take a polite no thanks but it's a shame others can't do the same!

Yeah the worst is definitely repeat offenders with lots of profiles or a new couples one every other month.

Yeah constant new profiles sending the same message I don't know why they can't take the hint if we didn't like you on the first one we certainly are not going to like you if you keep asking no matter who you are with this time.

You soon figure out the time wasters

Don't get me wrong. I have met some great people and I know it's the minority that ruin for the majority.

Definately not nieve enough to think everyone on here will be honest and that's fine but just seems like a waste of energy

Have to say my last social meet was very successful but I've had my fair share of getting the runaround.

Then when you try to message them they are either UNLOS or they've blocked you!

Although I think some of them have mistaken kindness in the past for stupidity..... we've taken kindly to them being stupid! Wish I could go back a year and do what should've been done the first time.... still time though if they want to step over that line I'll happily put them right over it

you learn from the experiences on here and if you get timewasters you just know not to go through it the same way.

I focus on the good side of fab and have met quite a few genuine, lovely, stunning people and it way makes up for timewasters.

So this happened to me last night.. Arranged meet with couple and advised I would be getting taxi as had had a few. Everything was cool and chatting away till in taxi and said I was on my way. They didn't reply. Then when I got to address they didn't answer door. I hung about for around ten minutes and then ordered another taxi home. 18 quid for nothing .

Reported then to admin (is that a waste of time?)

You do know that direct from phone can be direct from phone's memory and not necessarily taken on that phone?

Best way to avoid timewasters is to check their Verifications. There should be at least three fairly recent positive ones. I never meet without seeing at least 3 Verifications

im a timewaster then I fully discourage any new veris I feel the ones I have are more than adequate to prove im genuine

Yep but you have been on here for a while and you have Verifications. It's newbies and guys with no Verifications I steer clear of and I know we all have to start somewhere but it's.my own choice

What can fab do to stop it? We all choose who we want to pursue a meet with. If you get caught out then tighten up your selection processes. There are a whole lot of things that put people off. Should fab address them all? Maybe get rid of people who send multiple messages and pester others?

Stood up recently and since just ignored totally. Oh well live and learn I guess.

So many genuine people here yet so many fakes as well. On both sides of the gender scale.

Maybe there just being really picky about who they meet,it doesn't mean there wasting your time,guys just don't seem to be able to take a no for some reason,just move on,it's to be expected on a site like this,i must be elusive and a genuine time waster as well,cause I'm fussy as fuck about who I meet and like to get to know someone first,I hope im not classed as a timewaster
