First day of a new fitness plan tomorrow , hot female gym instructor for motivation of course and I'm ready to push it can't wait xx

What do you all do to keep fit

Naturally Sexercise is first choice.

Outwith that I do a mix of circuit classes, Mixed Martial Arts (mainly jiu jitsu and boxing)

Yoga though is what I find the toughest and intend to do more of that.

Just can't do the gym. Tried and failed lol. Walking works for me with some yoga thrown in for good measures

I start week three of going to the gym tomorrow.

Do my session for about an hour, then swim for about 20min, then round to work. And repeat 5 days a week.

There a few that have caught my eye at the gym. Which can be a bit dangerous when you are lifting weights.

Find myself being lazy, so set myself a target to aim for. Such as a long distance walk. Few years back, kayaked the Great Glen.

The last couple of years it's been the Beast Race.

Doing it again this year if any one would care to join me?

We go swimming in the mornings before work. ( have seen some "Fab" tattoos but I dont think they recognize us....hee hee)

Do a lot of hiking/ walking in the highlands.

According to my fit bit,I do over 18000 steps a day which calculates at roughly 7-8 miles a day. Really enjoy bootcamp which I I tend to get back to very soon. Loads of sexy females but to busy trying to breathe to even look

I have a week off work, yet I'm still waking up early and going to the gym.

I have also spent a bit on new gym gear this month.

It's like a crazy person has taken over my body and I'm just along for the ride.

Need to try get help toning up now I'm loosing more weight. 2.5st off so far and want another 1-2 st off

Hate the gym as too self conscious x
