School boy error, totally lazy today and did nothing on and off naps. Now wide awake.. bollocks

What's your excuses

No idea why I'm still awake!

But it's annoying as,

Considering I was up at 5am on a Sunday!

And am up again in less than 2 and a bit hours.

I find it difficult to sleep most nights..

But ive learned there is no point in fretting over it..... so i make the most of these sleepless hours by getting up and doing things that dont make a noise...ironing, dusting, paperwork etc. Then have a cup of tea and go back to bed and more often than not i will fall back to sleep.

I sometimes take the dogs out for a walk if its a nice night but if it happens too frequently they bury their heads under their paws and ignore me....

I never have a full nights sleep. It's just something I'm used to now.

I fall asleep no probs but am always awake at silly o'clock.

I watch bob ross painting videos on YouTube before going to sleep sometimes, I sleep like a log and also pick up helpful tips too
