Anyone know any good ones? I've just got back inside and I've a nice healthy red glow and I can feel my skin getting tight

Banana boat is good - you can get it in boots I think... but... if you feel your skin tight and your skin is RED then it's not healthy - you're burning and that damages the skin. Be careful oot there missus FxXx

Yogurt (probiotics) to cool down for 10 mins, cool shower then use lavender or aloe vera gel. Don't rub it in too hard.

Then you can use coconut oil to nourish/regenerate the skin.
