How did you manage to fit work in what with all the training required for such illustrious professions?

Easy

I’m 57 next month and some of these jobs were done simultaneously. I would hold 2 or 3 jobs at a time. The training and qualifications were gained whilst in employment and studied in what spare time I had.

I currently hold 4 separate posts, all part time and not all paid
