Just looking for suggestions for a little weekend getaway for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. Looking for a lodge with hot tub maybe a wood burner that sort of thing. Every place we have looked at seem to be pretty expensive for a weekend as our holidays are booked for later in the year so just looking for a hot weekend for some us time. So if anyone could recommend somewhere they think would be suitable we'd really appreciate it.

I think most are expensive if you want the hot tub but take that away and ul find some lodges a lot cheaper.

My favourite are Nunland hillside lodges in Dumfries

Piper Dam is great we have booked our lodge with hot tub for Aug can't wait
