Not a proper cock ring, but Julie bought me one of those vibrating Durex Play ones which we've yet to try - so I'll need to report back

Probably doesn't help with your original question though given it's a "one size fits all" thing.

Stainless steel is best and about a quarter inch or 1 cm wide. Measure the girth of the penis when plasive. Then order your to play with.
