Wish we were allowed to name and shame people who copy others profile text and paste onto thier own. Tip : if suspicious: copy a paragraph and paste into google , it will reveal who the original writer was.

google will show you other instances the wordings been used........not who the original writer was

Why are so many folks desperete for a meet ,I ask lots to meet for a social but just to update my veris, patience is a virtue and I think waiting to meet who I want to would make it more relaxed and fun

I noticed that one too. It's very obvious as the poster has...share we say...a very different style to the profile text.

Male half here. Before we both hid our singles profile, we had our single names on it. Some guy on here, checked our profile, copie and pasted mine word for word. Then messaged our couples profile

Needless to say, he was reported and changed it pretty quickly!

I've had 2 situations that I know of where guys copied & pasted my entire profile & also the wee heading bit onto their profile. Neither thought it was wrong or a bad idea to do it. I mentioned it in the forums & the consensus was "don't be a baby it doesn't matter"

Thing is, one was local to me, the untrained reader could easily think I was the one who copied HIM & think I'm just a dick. I mean I AM, but still.

So I've changed my profile text recently, anyone who copies it won't have much success cos it's made to sound like I'm a douche haha
