Time I lost a lot of weight couple of holidays this year one an out n out swingers holiday. Anyone else in similar boat been out exercising and got week off so gym and good diet here I come

Theres a fit and healthy thread with quite a few of us all in the same boat supporting each other.

My diet starts every Monday & ends every friday. I've really got to get my finger out.

gran Canaria oct through till April playa del ingles loads of clubs free to enter swingers beach area for during the day as well and few swingers bars for meeting up in

weve gone in October and it's been packed met loads of people off of here we're going first week with friends. There's 3clubs in cita centre fifty feet apart so if ones quiet you can move on there's another club close by as well that's wild and there's a porn cinema now apparently open all day if you don't want to get burnt on beach or if raining you can play in there too

Yes same boat here... never seem to stick to diet though..no willpower, but with holiday in may and pdi in nov im trying my best lol

When I needed to lose weight I used a 10 day detox which helped me lose 9lbs and kicked my cravings in. Used it as the kick start to healthier eating.
