Meets - How far is too far?

I'm talking distance here.

If you live quite far but still want to meet is somewhere in the middle an option or do you just give up on that potential meet?

Also, how close is too close?

I know alot of people probably don't want a potential meet that might know other people that they know.

Just curious.

Unless going to a club I wouldn't travel more than an hour for a meet

I always had about half an hour in my head. Maybe I should expand my area of meets.

All depends, normally within a hours drive but would travel further for the right person.

Years ago we travelled from Ayrshire to Dundee for a meet that turned out to be a timewaster.

Now if we had to travel we would look for other things yo do in the area and make it a small break.

Most of the time it's less than that, but I'd travel an hour for someone I really liked

About an hour and a half for us is far enough.

I usually meet at mine, so the trek to the front door is far enough

Ha ha, and it seems your front door isn't all that far for me either.

I guess if I really hit it off with someone I dont have much limits. Id make a wee mini break out if it!

Ideally though I want regular play partners so im not looking for anyone more than a half hour away.

I met my partner on here and found out he lived directly across the road from me in the same street. We are neighbours lol

I wouldn't be comfortable meeting someone who lived close to me so I don't mind travelling but I doubt very much I'd drive more than an hour for a meet.

Ha that's pretty cool! Having seen a few of my neighbours I'm hoping not to see them on here!

Paisley

If it's a social then not usually more than half an hour. For someone I know and like I'd probably travel up to 90 mins.

I drove 80 miles once. Wasn't worth the time, fuel and hotel cost

Rather have regular so close is better but don't mind travelling if we connect with each other

I don't normally travel due to amount of time wasters on here I prefer to meet

In clubs or at socials. However I would travel up to an hour if the person was deemed to be worth travelling for, they would have to be super special tho pmsl

I specifically state on my profile local people only, and I would only travel around the Aberdeen/shire area, max 30 miles from home.

However I have travelled to Glasgow to meet someone...but that was a special case and he was more than worth the journey

As we stay in the back arse of beyond we've no option but to travel all day to get to Glasgow and then take it from there.
