Anyone do any of the various Park Run's around Scotland and how did you get on this weekend. Would be nice to have a wee topic to hear how folk are doing with pb's etc!

I ballsed my run today, I was determined to beat my PB and went in too fast and tired immediately. Made it round but was more knackered than usual
