It depends .... I know many single guys who do very well for themselves on here and I know many single guys who don't!

As you clearly state you are in the latter category ask yourself why:

Do you copy/paste messages or send messages to people clearly not having read their profile?

Do you make an effort to attend social events?

Do you stand out from the crowd in terms of profile/pictures?

These are maybe just a few things to think about, many come on this site ( not necessarily directed at you) thinking it's dial a shag , you join, meet and fuck within hours and when that doesn't happen then they spit their toys out.

I have been on here a couple of times and have done alright. I have only been back on a few weeks and have already find a good fb so stick with it if your polite and respectfull and play the long game you will have plenty of fun

It is all in the approach you take!

Most of the single guys that I have chatted to or met on here that are doing ok are guys that come across pretty well in messages, attend socials and clubs and use the forum! But are also respectful and have manners.

Perhaps review the way you approach the site.

Think it might be getting a bit more difficult these days, I was on a good few years ago and had some nice meets both socially and for fun. Have rejoined a couple of times over the past couple of years with no success. My approach hasn't changed and im still same person the only thing that's changed is my age so maybe just more difficult for us oldies

I have to agree with you Max, it always puzzles me when I see guys talking about meeting a FB or FWB, when they haven't actually had a meet!!

Surely it comes from meeting someone for a few times. But although the other party might be agreeable to meeting on a casual basis, becoming a FB or FWB is another matter.

true tho some may so i do well , i come on here with no expectations and generally have some banter and laughs . attended a social and had a wee bit of fun as a result .

others define banging their way through the site and anyone that will let them as doing well in which case im doing shite !!

the reality tends to let the expectations down massivley so the sooner people realise it the happier they will be .

Wouldn't call myself anything special but I have taken the time to write considerate messages pertinent to the persons profile, to go along to social gatherings and chat to as many people as I can (not just one or two that I know or fancy) as well as heading to a club.

This shows people you are real and are actually more than a meatbag attached to a cock.

While you may not play with everyone you meet, they may leave a nice verification that may help convice someone else to play.

Also, for some it is about more than physical attributes ie the ability to have a conversation (about something other than sex), the ability to use grammar and punctuation in messages help as well.

All in all the above has allowed me to meet some lovely people that I have been lucky to either have a great time socially with or to be able to have a fun meet with.
