Not usually as soon as head hits pillow that's me I'm in land of nod unless I have a hot guy in my bed them I'm tossing all night xx

I take sleeping pills (prescription) or I would quite literally be awake a large percentage of the night x

Yep night owl here the doctor won't give me sleeping pills I don't like missing out on nice days when we get them

I do, it's something I've struggled with for years.

I'm really trying my hardest just now to get it sorted and was using nytol to help but I would really struggle to get up in the morning and end up sleeping during the day then of course I couldn't sleep that night.
