So who here can actually toss a pancake in the air and land it back in the pan?

Looking forward to my pancake this evening, blueberries and creme fresh with maple syrup. However I will be doing the delicate turn in the pan rather then trying to flip it.

I'm a wimp and flip rather than toss, can't risk ruining and wasting a pancake! Sugar and strawberries on mine, yum!

Part of me really wants to see if I can actually get it stuck on the ceiling like in the films. Don't think it worth wasting a pancake though.

I've tried to toss numerous times but I always get it over the kitchen floor.

A world of my own

Yes.. and usually I make them from scratch..none of this ready mix nonsense. We also have them all year round.

Sadly due to work we didn't have them tonight. We will at the weekend though
