I'm struggling with low confidence after a stay in hospital in December. Can't seem to get my mojo back.

Any tips?

Sorry ? What was that?

I was distracted by your picture

Eat well, sleep well and just relax

You can be distracted any time

Eating well and relaxing I can do. Sleeping not so much

You have some lovely verifications from some lovely ladies. Read through them as a starter and remember how you felt then. It's like a wee feel good starting block. Best wishes OP.

I hope you're are ok now.

Perso, I find the best way is not to push things.

Your mojo will come back when you are ready, may that be physically or mentally.

Take it easy and go with the flow.

As Max said, your mojo will just come back one soon but try not to rush things. Exercise and eating well is always helpful and so is perving on folk on fab. Just look after yourself and that mojo will come back exceptionally quick.

Glad to hear that you are getting better though.

Might sound daft, but get onto you tube and try some guided meditation (you can get it for all sorts)

I've had issues lately with myself and my self loathing has hit harder than usual. I'm not normally one for things like that, but a friend advised me and I decided I had nothing to lose.

Strangely it has helped a bit.

I still don't particularly like myself, but once I get my arse into gear and start eating better and exercising again, I know that'll get better.

You've nothing to lose.

And for what its worth,I think your pics look great.

Hope your back to your old self soon.

L x

Its a weird thing Mojo.

Go hunting and you'll struggle to find it, relax in the company of friends and it'll come and find you

Good luck

Worrying only makes it worse OP. Unfortunately.

My mojo has been on several holidays in the last few years. It's a real pain to find it and get it going again sometimes. There's no secret I'm afraid.

Relax and try not to worry. Socialise to get back to meeting people
