I have a few as I love cooking!

From my French origins: it's rabbit stew.

Caribbean: Accras, which is a fritter with cod and other things.

West Africa: Yassa, which is a marinated chicken with a lemon sauce and white rice.

And I make a mean Tunisian couscous!

Jeez! No wonder I can't lose weight!!

Mine is: Chicken A La King, a South Afican dish: mushrooms, garlic, onions, Chicken soup, cream, mushrooms, milk and double cream, accompanied by boiled white rice, or if making a low-calorie dish use fromage- frais instead double cream for a healthier option

My pizzas are well received, but for a meat dish I'm partial to steak au poivre.

My apple pie always goes down well, but for a signature dish I used the same sweet pastry to create a passion torte, featuring grapes, kiwi fruit, apricot glaze and passion fruit mousse. Yummy

I have no real signature dishes, as most things I make are "winners".

If I do make anything that's a bit sub-par I'll work at it till it becomes good.

Currently about to start working on an iced rice noodle dish with Kimchi. Just need to figure out the right soup for it.
