No real preference, although don't have a lot of experience with enhanced ones. Although, a friend of a friend has had hers done for a while now and they look fantastic. Only real time real would be preferred is over the stupid looking stuck on porno style boobs.

Joking aside, I'll agree with an earlier commenter: cosmetically enhanced is worth it if it leads to increased confidence. Confidence leads to sexiness which leads to naughtiness and fun.
