I know milk is good for ya ..i just cant put it down my throat ..i cant have a cereal either because of it ..i can suffer it in coffee but not always

Any sandwich filling can be good, it's the bread that really makes it.

I really miss Mighty White, as that was one of the best breads for making any sandwich with.

Do any others remember Oliver's they made great sandwiches I used to have the triple decker think it was called the Oliver Twist . You chose the fillings on whichever thick sliced bread you wished same as subway today .

Musicmaid - mines is a bagel toasted with grilled bacon primula cheese and tomato.

Scotts is a Italian bmt from subway no salad with bbq sauce
