I'm concerned that it's going to be pretty poor compared to the original!

Went last night . 9/10

Was the same as you but shouldnt have worried . Superb script . Characters every bit as good as the original . Soundtrack is epic with some great throw backs to the first . You wont be dissapointed

i went to see it on friday, not sure what i was expecting but was slightly disappointed on leaving the cinema, still cant pinpoint why i didnt like it as much as i expected.

Someone else was trying to organise that for Glasgow last week.

Even better if we could go on a Wednesday as I have meerkat get one free. I can't do Tuesdays as I go to the pub quiz.

Could become a regular mini social. Cinema night once a month or more often.

I had tears rolling down my eyes at the nightclub toilet scene...Danny Boyle is an amazing director!

Normally sequels leave me disappointed but this left me wanting to watch it again as soon as I'd left.

And I agree Ewan Mcgregor looks amazing with age

T2 might not make much sense unless you have watched Trainspotting first - a lot of it references back to the first film.

A friend said it was sacrilege. Now remedied as I watched it last night. I am happy to report I really enjoyed it!

The first film was a classic, the second was better, Amber also has a very damp patch for Robert Carlyle. And she doesn't do short men.....

Not a patch on the first, was always going to be the case. Difficult to better a classic such as Trainspotting. Still a decent film, 6/10
