Hey folks, there is something bugging me about this site and that's the amount of people who get sent mail but never read their msgs!

It takes very little effort and could help you with possible meets and new friends if you only took the time, maybe even replied too, even if it's just to tell that person your not interested.

Rant over!

Aye that's fine, but there are people who are getting msgs and not even viewing them. I know people get bombardedx,but I would read EVERY msg I got.

sometimes messages are so short u dont need to open them to read them

I have too many messages to view by the time I think im getting somwhere with my messages more appear. Because I am online reading old mail that is weeks old the members who have sent me new mail who see I am online wonder why I am not replying and think I am rude ...

I dont think even you would reply to ever message and as jacs says some messages are soo short you dont have to read them and dont grant a reply because its the usual one liners.

I think you have look at the bigger picture babes and be patient.

Im sorry but sometimes its impossible to read ALL your messages...I am fairly new...I tried really hard to read and reply to all my messages...but I got so overwhelmed I couldnt..

I had to make a decision to delete and start over...if you had 1739 Unread messages Im sure you could understand why I perhaps didnt reply!

That total was not including the hundreds I had previously read and replied to!!....

thats what happens when you are a new woman on here guys...so please dont take it personally when you dont get a reply

agree wae jacs sumtimes messages are small u dnt hav to open and if guys read profiles they wouldnt send the unwanted mail that oeepo hav to delete in the first place lol x

I'm guilty! And I do not do it intentionally, currently have 189 unread messages.....sometimes it just becomes a full time job and sorry but I already have one of those!!!

Couples,,,likewise.

Take on the easy come easy go attitude with getting or not getting a reply, or you just might drive yerself up the wall taking it personally.

Think of it this way when you get junk mail at home half the time you dont open it because you just know its junk ..well the same goes for emails in here its either one liners hi fancy a shag or people who are not in my age range so i just delete simple as

i had a message just today and advised the guy to read my profile as he obviously hadnt . he also said he had read it ...

he wasnt local ,wasnt able to accomm and not 30-50 all of which i VERY clear on my profile .so clearly he HADNT read it . when i pointed this out all i god was oh well i can always book a hotel ..

guess what i also state i dont do hotels lol !!

so sorry this isnt the first and wont be the last guy to say they hav read profiles and its blinding obvious they havent bothered lol.

i took time to replie and all i got was lied to and the excuses .."im not that far from you ","im not that far off 30 " ect ect .so hardly blame folks deleteing mails with out reading when they know full well they person hasnt looked past the pics on the profile !

we get loads so it takes us a while to get through them. and also if we arent both at computer thenw e dont really read them so they can sit for upto a week at a time

then you get the folk that send you one askin why you havent read the last one yet

I dont know either..depends on what the person you are sending to likes..but you dont know them so luck plays a big part!...sometimes I just see one and think...mmmmmm ...lol...xx

I get a lot of mail, and will admit I ignore a good percentage as it is complete pish. There is a chat room here, so why do guys think they can start chatting via the mail? I get swamped with one liners that simply say.."How are you doing?" Normally sent from some guy in Birmingham so we will never meet.

If however I get a proper message no matter where the writer comes from and no matter content I will reply. I know others are the same.

Interestingly if a couple or a girl writes to me it is always a full message and replied to accordingly. Now I am not knocking single guys , as many of them here shag me, but do wish some of them had a bit more sense.

totally agree with this one, we have profiles on for a reason, we have age limits for a reason too. it only takes 2 mins to read a full profile.

tbh for me if the profile pic is a blk shadow a dnt een read message plus our profile states ages, no bi guys or facial hair if any of above message they get deleted to

We normaly have a quick scan of the messaage then look at the profile and if there is no pic there will be no reply. However if there is a pic and we like the look of it then we reply.

With us there has to be an attraction to the other person(s)
