Help; Perth Gyms

anyone from Perth or go to Perth Gym's

Im looking to join a good gym but ideally looking for one which focus's on free weights rather than machines

specifically for benching, squatting, hack squats, shoulder press etc

obviously some machines for specific body parts but mainly free weights

Don't care is sexy females go there, it would be nice as long as they are there to work out, but on a whole looking for a gym where people turn up dedicated to working out rather than posing and holding up time on equipment

I would really appreciate some advice on the Perth area, a reply here or direct message to my mail box

Seems not only a few folk from Perth use the forums can take a while for them to post if at work during the day . Looks like you'll need to use shanks's pony see if any are doing free trials or open days to attract new members .
