Ok im curious to know both women and men's points of views. Id love to hear honest comments too. What do you class as cheating, flirty messages without you knowing? Meeting someone for coffee without you knowing? Where is the line?

Can a leopard change it's spots??

Look forward to hearing from all you fabulous people, i know you'll give me great advice and food for thought.

Anything that would make a partner uncomfterable, if your unsure of what that would be it would be a no no.

Im very strict on my views on what cheating is. Theres no grey area in my book.

If the person feels enough guilt about things that they are doing to try and hide it from their partner then it must feel to them as a form of cheating and I would treat their intentions as such

It depends on the people involved, what they both think is acceptable, and what lines they've drawn around their relationship. But if it upsets or feels like a betrayal then it should be a no go.

Having said that, it doesn't necessarily mean that the other person is untrustworthy. Maybe they're unaware of the lines which shouldn't be crossed.

And yes. A Leopard can change its spots. I've a friend who, when younger, shagged anything that moved. He was outrageous with it - sleeping with friends wives, getting his blissfully unaware girlfriend to drop him off at meetings with other women, etc. But she got pregnant and it changed everything. They're now happily married and he's never strayed since.

If it has to be hidden, in my opinion it is cheating. Boundries should be made and stuck to. xxxxx

To me cheating is anything that you do behind your partners back. There are men that Mr K would be happen for me to go and meet on my own and there's others that even just adding them as a friend on facebook would cause problems.

I have cheated in the past (and was cheated on by the same person), and for that relationship we were never able to get the trust back. He is still one of my best friends but that's another story.

I know that if I was ever to cheat in this relationship it would end immediately, and to me that's too high a price to pay for a bit of fun (especially when we can both have fun with each others full consent and knowledge). In my previous relationship, we both forgave each other and I think the lack of consequences for our actions is why we both carried on with it.

As for the post about a friend changing once his gf got pregnant, by the sounds of it, it sounds like his gf never caught him out and got a choice whether to continue with the relationship or not. But good on him for settling down now.

Can a leopard Change it's spots?

I read on the wildlife forum that if a leopard has a threesome with a jaguar and a cheetah then yes it can change it's spots, to do with hormones or something

I think that a leopard can change its spots but only if in a different relationship, certainly a lot harder to change your ways if you have cheated in a relationship and have been forgiven.

I cheated when I was with my first wife, quite a few times as it happened, one of the people I cheated with was Jo.

There is no way on earth I would ever cheat again, why would I need to? I can play with people on here if I like (as long as Jo gives me the nod, she has to 'vet them' first, lol).

If by some miracle (and dam bad luck) that I was still with my ex then I would of found it very hard to of changed.

In my opinion I dont think a leopard can change its spots, once a cheat always a cheat If someone is on here without there partner knowing then they are liars and cheats cos there only here to cheat on the partner. As I said at the start its only my opinion

yes they can ... people can make a conscious decision to change .... because they cheat once does not mean they will cheat again, although the percentage chance is higher it is not guaranteed.
