Gym scales

Who else the scales in gyms ain't set right. I think they set them higher so people keep going back

well that's my theory and in sticking to it

shoes off

wet tshirt off

ipod and headphones off

still think it's wrong

bloody holiday beers

glad it's back to work and into routine

Have this problem weighing in on different scales. Try only using one set rather than a variety that may cause confusion. Better yet, muscle weighes more than fat, maybe you're just getting fitter measurements of waist/chest/hips might be a better way to go?

I never weigh myself in December first thing in the morning before I get dressed (and after my morning ritual) I'm weighing myself then a walk to the sauna.... the change shall begin! Or I'll kid myself for a few days that im actually going to make a difference. Not the new year new me bollox, just fed up with drinking etc and need a change

But I prefer measuring as someone suggested above
