Pre meet tea - what do you have?

We always have this debate - if you're meeting someone that night, what do you eat for tea?

It has to be non offensive .. no garlic, onions, etc

Can't be too heavy .. who wants a full stomach when getting jiggy

Can't take ages to cook ... home from work and want time to get ready / travel etc

We usually settle for something random like soup lol

Anyone else have this 'dilemma'

"Have something ready in the slow cooker can be just about anything "

My slow cooker recipes are usually chilli, bolognaise or curry ... none of which are meet friendly lol
