I really don't like small, thin porcelain mugs that don't hold much tea! Even worse if they have a cat on it lol

My fave mug at the moment is a Christmas present with tiny wee robins on it.

Any mug you dislike drinking from?

Do you have a favourite mug at home?

Oooooooh at last a fellow mug appreciator!!! I gotta have a builders mug type. Before xmas if I went around ma mums and my stater had gotten the one builders mug before me I'd go nuts. My mum got fed up of us fighting and bought us both a new one each so now I can have my builders tea in my cute, chunky fat pug mug!!!

I have a special mug that, although not the biggest in the world, is personal to me and given to me by a wonderful lady from Fab.

It simply says...

Furry The Grey

Oh yes

I have 3 types of mugs on the first shelf - big chunky ones which are/were the favourite and mostly commonly used and hold a good amount, 2nd choice also hold a reasonable amount and then 3rd choice are more delicate thin china and hold less. I like then arranged in a certain order

The 2nd shelf is full of my teenager's mugs

My teen likes to mess up the order whenever he empties the dishwasher

Dislike the thin China type mugs. Not nice to handle when full of steaming hot tea.

In work I only drink coffee from my puppy cup that has a Boxer pup on it.

Problem is the staff know this and move it forcing me to search the building upside down.

I only drink earl grey or lady grey tea and like it from a dumpy fine china mug. It takes ages to cool down to be drinkable as the porcelain is so fine.... but it makes the tea taste so much nicer than the chunky pottery types.

I've got a mug up my mums I got with a easter egg around 20 years ago. Surprisingly it's still in good condition but tea at my mums doesn't taste right if I don't get it in thst mug.

My previous fav mug before that was my scotland "5 in a row" mug but it smashed years ago. Shame as it would probably be a collectors item now.
