I am terrible for insomnia but ironically slept through the night last night so am only able to reply to this now

god know whats going on in my head but i get to sleep about 11.30 and keep waking up at 1.30-2.00 thinking its time for work, end up for hours then shattered all day

Insomnia is the worst. I suffer from this and it drives me insane most nights

I only sleep about 4 hours at a time nowadays. Not good.

I've slept a grand total of 3 hours in the last week, it's great fun. Suffering from some severe depression lately so it really isn't helping!
