Solid guys. Not skelfs - I'm a strong girl, go to gym 4-6 hours a week so I don't want to be able to snap the bloke like a twiglet.

C has a great solid build. Not broken him yet.

I like a bit of both but more towards the side of dad bod. I always go for older guys in general. I like a man with laughter lines that tell stories. I do like a nice ripped torso but it feels fake and not as nice to cuddle into perfect to melt ice cream down

plus I feel sometimes intimatated by a gym bod cause I am curvy

I'm a grandad

However I've spent most of my life in a gym as an ex semi pro boxer and martial artist.

I once had a gym bod, washboard abs tight pecs etc etc takes a wee while and a lot of hard work to achieve that kind of body.

What is even harder is maintaining it.

Yes, getting the physique then doing a quick workout before the pics are taking is hard, but next month when the camera wants you to pose again it's even harder to maintain the physique

After retiring from fighting I put on weight and the hard exterior softened.

Nowadays my grandad body has lost 3stone and although not in view the abs are almost visible again

So I'll keep my physique and fuck that hard work

Incidentally anyone know how to cure torn ligaments, my knee popped agin
