Yes they do.

They expect it all for very little or no effort as well. However I think the majority with this attitude dont get anywhere, it is funny when they moan about the site and call everyone else timewasters....

I do ok, but then again if i message someone i send a decent length polite message and im willing to have a no strings social meet. Its amazing how many stop sending you the pishy one liner messages when you say any first meet will probably be non play

I personally don't think it's difficult... what is astounding is that in in a new millenum never mind a new century it would appear that the mindset of some people (that's males/females/couples et al) is so inane.

The site is now used by some as a sex site not a swingers site, however it is now widely accepted that is is to be used by each person as they see fit.

Most of us prefer a connection (yes it can still be nsa), humour, respect, intelligent interaction and a host of other grown up things that seem to get lost in the juvenile interactions of those who think they have found somewhere that will fulfil their biggest sexual fantasies for the minimum effort.

The biggest disappointment in all of that is the lack of manners in searching for it.

In saying all that the site does pretty damn well in providing both a place to do it and the tools to do it with.

In addressing the problems using it... as Bunkie said... some aspects (and people) will never change but we can all do our little bit to try via our replies to messages and the forums etc.

As I said on another thread, if it was mandotory to have decent profile blurb and decent pics, I'd imagine most women would be more proactive and able to ignore the one's with a one line profile and either no profile pics or a cock pic.
