My GP recommended soluble painkillers because they are absorbed quicker so you have a chance of getting some of it into your system before you throw up again

Hope it passes soon

A wee bit vicks vapo rub on the temples is meant to work.

I can't confirm this though as I fortunately don't suffer migraines x

Aww hgz I get them too. try ice pack on back of neck and hands in warm water . Its meant to help restrict the blood flow to the head help the migraine.

When I'm floored with one all I can do is try and sleep it off .hope you feel better soon x
