Mulled wine

Edinburgh

I particularly like mulled wine on a very cold evening on the ski slopes in the French Alps!

And I tell you, you're so cold that you don't care about the quality of the wine used lol

I just had a glass of mulled wine made from alcohol free wine. And I was surprised at how good it tasted.

Anyone else like mulled wine? When do you like it?

Have you tried the alcohol free one?

Drank buckfast many a time, lethal stuff/rocket fuel

Yea, fortified wine/tonic wine.

15%abv.

Best stick to mulled wine, that's only like 8%abv.

Forget mulled wine, I've just been introduced, by a naughty lady, to Jack Daniels Tennessee FIRE.

A cinnamon liqueur, and it is HOT! It's 35% into the bargain!!

Goes nicely with Rhubarb and Stem Ginger pies!

A lot of places aren't careful enough to avoid boiling the wine so it will be pretty much alcohol free regardless of how it started.
