Doing two marathons was def outside my comfort zone but glad I did, as it made me realise I can do pretty much anything i put my mind too, so yes great things come from outside yer comfort zone

Well supposedly the steam engine was invented after staring into the fire as a kettle was being boiled over it... so I guess yes... sometimes comfort zones are very productive

i couldnt stay in my comfort zone I like to push boundries and explore not just on here but in life in general personal and work wise , I have done some serious competitions in cookery and at times I thought i can't do this its to hard the competition was fierce and things went wrong but I pushed myself and I'm so proud and pleased that i did xx
