I over think the things I really shouldn't...normally while trying to nod off to sleep!

I go through spells where i imagine every scenario good bad and somehow the bad ones seem more convincing and i usually miss out due to worrying or nerves. Love it when work is going well and everything is falling into place, can just switch of and say fuck it!! Thats when im at my best!
