Hot Flushes

Does anyone have any good ideas of how to help get rid of hot flushes?

I did readon one forum that if you have sex before sleep then you dont get the night sweats, but thats no use Mr K is on night shift so any help would be nice thanks

see the doc...i did and problem sorted within 12 hours....if that doesnt appeal go to the health food store and ask.....it'll cost a fortune...black cohosh and red clover are good ....so i've heard....but get advice before taking anything....just in case it interferes with any prescribed medication you already use...hope this helps....E xx

Try bran and/or soya. You can get books from the library or the Works has some good ones on natural remedies that dont cost a fortune

Debbs, your just a wee bit too far away, but was gonna offer to come up and (F)Tuck you in every night!!!!

Failing that you gonna have to resort to the herbal remedies.

Call yer local plumber.......ya prob hot yer hot a cold pipes mixed up, hence the reason fur yer hot flushes

Try Holland and Barrets Debs I got a combined capsule from there with black cohosh etc it did seem to help.
