Tuesday morning gym

Usually go a walk every morning and gym most nights but decided to mix it up today as couldnt face walking in the rain after being caught in snow yesterday. Gym is really quiet weights are fee and most machines are empty. just shows a small change can pay off big time.

Thats my succes story for today, anyone else got one so far??

Hopefully soon, well short term success anyway, off to hospital with son, hoping he can keep his leg cast off for over Xmas

Gym in the morning is the way forward, I now go everyday before work! Lost 1.5 stone since January and probably out on about that in muscle! Fitness is through the roof now!

Well done amazing change! Im down 5st8lb from jan last year, combo of slimming world, gym and getting off my arse as much as possible. Sitting at 12st8 bow trying to bulk up a little but cant get my head round eating excess calories again.

Struggling to get any proper interest in my profile, should i add im slimming world friendly to it?? Haha

Best of luck, hope the wee man gets there, i was murder for breaking bones when i was young missed a holiday and had to stay with my gran one year. Shouldnt have jumped off a hut roof to be fair!!
