So an article popped up in my news feed about a personal trainer/nutritionist who drinks a shot of her best mates cum daily, including mixing in yogurt or with fruits, or if he's been eating good stuff, she'll have it neat. She stores it in her fridge and he drops off bottles few times per week.

Apparently she's never ill now!

She also advocates that it's a good skin moisturiser too......

I have heard that it's good for the skin many years ago but I'm sorry I wouldn't drink it on a daily basis lol

It never fails to amaze me how folk give this myth credance its known exactly what is in seminal fluid and put simply there is no fabled elixer of ......insert your chosen wish
