Well, 6 days till were over visiting friends for the mrs birthday! Definitely looking forward to it!

Would anyone have any suggestions if places to visit within reason (we dont drive) any couples fancy saying hi and grabbing a drink?

Hello

You can try Armadale castle - there's a Christmas Fayre there next Saturday.

There's not much open on the South of Skye at this time of year

You can get the bus up to Broadford, or up to Portree for a wander around. If you get to Broadford, I can highly recommend The Waterfront for fish and chips, or they do *very* good home made cakes, or a bacon and tattie scone roll!

Forget Portree, Broadford and the castle then! You're nearer Edinburgh than Skye.

Livingston

Rowan Tree for a nice meal. Close to both CJs and After8 for a club.

Not really much in Armadale, better heading out to Livingston for the day x
