After having a really bad day yesterday, today has been marginally better. But I just feel really low and down. I don't know what's wrong.

The clocks have went back. It's dark and it's getting cold. Yer body's out of synch too. I feel your pain. A good dinner and a cuddle should sort ye out!!!
