Blocking???

After some good chat and including " A polite yes or no is respected" as always, as we know we are not everyone's cup of tea!, they politely reply then when we try and reply back to "Thank" them, they have BLOCKED us!!!

WTF

Been on and off here, both of us, for over ten years and that's no the etiquette we expect!

Anyone get this?

Would be nice to know as we are getting fed up with some folk on here!

Yeah, but being seasoned jabbers, which they are obviously not, our profile is clear on our expectations , we just feel we wanted to ask out there for your experiences with this. It does not happen to us ever, tbh, thus the post!!

Yeah, but the chat was open, honest and just surprised they did that, that's all!

Very off putting to us tbh!

People block for many reasons just accept and move on .

Ones to worry about are the ones you have blocked but struggle to accept that fact

It was them who knocked us back after messaging us initially!!

That is the point that got us, all chat was good, no offence was taken by us etc..

I agree with lilshy above. We block if we have no intention of meeting just to save everyone's time not to be rude. We will also block if guys haven't bothered to read our profile or follow what we ask for. Our block list is pretty big but we're also aware there's good guys out there to.

Iv had the same thing pleasent conversation then vicious verbal attack about my tattoo's. Then before i could reply or report them, i was blocked. Life is to short and people like that are not worth even thinking about in my honest opinion. As Bunckie says concentrate on who has not blocked you.

I generally don't block anyone most people that message are generally respectful (we must be lucky) but If someone blocked us I'd assume they had a reason and not care in the slightest x
