Being Judgemental- Verifications

A world of my own

We all do it. It is how we make choices.

However my question is if you've ever been put off someone because of the people they have met previously?

For example you may rule yourself out as being someones type.

You may deem that if they met people who are nothing like you that they just wouldn't be interested.

You may suddenly be put off someone because they have met someone you don't like the look of or feel uncomfortable about.

None of this is "wrong"

In fact I'm sure there's been times in the past people may have seen a verification from me and wondered what someone was thinking!

How often do we make choices based on these verifications?

How much weight do they have in your decision making process?

I think they have some weight. I like to read them to see if they are genuinely who they say they are (couple and not a single guy for example), and if there's a verification from a certain lady I will avoid.

If I saw a verification on someones profile and saw they had been verified by a certain member id avoid because I know the grief they would get for meeting me .

Then I got thinking their problem not mine .

Now I meet who I want when I want and thank god I do because im having a great time and have met some great people who im not delighted to now call my friends.

Never let anyone else influence who you meet if you want to meet someome then just do it.

As for being someones type I have learnt that I do have a type but it has nothing to do with how a person looks but more about us connecting and thats more important than looks,thats not to say I dont like an attractive man tho

Only notice i take of verifications is to make sure they are real or not really couldnt care what else they say or who has verified them

No interest, after the 1st I think they are meaningless.

Over the years, I care less and less about what people think or say about other swingers. In amongst all the shite, you might get some truth but I can't be arsed wading through it....

Not generally but possibly if it's someone I might have experienced nastiness from in real life. Otherwise I don't care who verifies anyone.

However it might influence how I'd approach the user if I was interested in them. I probably wouldn't mention it to them however.

Most verifications I read are over-exaggerated so carry no weight with me. If you ar real or not is all I need to know I get a feel for people through their profile and chatting everything else is irrelevant.

I don't read verifications tbh I base my meets on the person not who they have met before. Although I tend not to meet someone who hasn't been verified/met in 6 months.
