Morning all okay so my nose is blocked fort knox style anyone know any other tricks I've tried via I've tried menthol crystals and a hot compress

Lavender + eucalyptus oils or Vicks in boiled water in a bowl, heid under a towel and inhale

Try otrivine nasal spray. It contains xylometazoline which will keep your nose clear from secretions for hours.

Peel a garlic clove and pop it into your mouth like a sweet. Bite softly to just get a little juice out and keep doing that untill the mucus starts to liquid and blow your nose.

Do a hot steam inhalation with 3 camamile tea bags and 3 mint tea bags. When mucus starts to liquid, blow your nose and get back under and do some more.

Chicken stock cube in a mug...One garlic clove and add hot water. Once desolved drink as hot as you can (with out burning yourself ).

Eat the garlic at the end...chew it up nicely.

Don'tworry about garlic smell. ..If your that congested no one will want to be to close anyway.

My big heath tip. I take a zinc tabet every day. I have not been sick since I started 3 years ago.

You can get them at ASDA. Google it...it really works.

Antihistamine if it's an allergy

Decongestant if it's sinuses

Tea tree, eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil.

Could be infected sinuses so maybe need your GP.
