A world of my own

So today I'm very preoccupied with thoughts of someone.

Flashbacks in every room I walk into and thoughts of what's to come. I'm literally counting the hours til I see him. Sadly knowing our luck it may not even happen.

Its driving me crazy! How do others get their heads back to normality!

That was me last week. A week after we met, my heads still not right! So all I'd say is.....enjoy it. It reminds you you're alive ))

Slow down, concentrate on what you're doing and live in the now. It works for me.

I can't help, I'm a worrier and sometimes get anxious about things and stew over things that might not even happen
