I work permanent nights, have done for 13 years and it suits me in terms of childcare. However if there has ever been a shift pattern that is so juxtaposed to humans its night shift. Total pain in the ass!!

I am two weeks night and one week day shift. I enjoy both but nights do play havoc with your body clock

Been doing it for 19 yrs now . Would love a decent nights sleep or its just an age thing
