So me being me thought it was a smart idea to leave cjs and go to a friends house.

End result i have a major hangover and only had 2 hours sleep.

Im also due 8 people at my house for dinner at 5pm.

Whats ur tips for making myself feel human

Had a bath. Then a shower. 4 cocodamol and a 2 litre bottle of water and still feel like ive went ten rounds with mike tyson.

No idea why i do it to myself x

Take away , poweraid(1 litre), Irn bru(glass bottle or 3 ice cold cans[while drinking one apply other cold can to forehead or back or neck]), fab ice lollies (2),

And baguette (plain if you fear the chunder). And cold shower (extreme case ice bath for 5-8 minutes).

Or send a quick message saying the party is now zombie theme and then your hungover groans and blood shot eyes , general hunover/sleepy demeanor will be on theme.
