Had a great night (as always) last night, but slightly ruined when we came out to find that some fecker had obviously knocked against our car as the number plate was lying broken on the ground! Thanks to whoever the inconsiderate barsteward was!!! I realise that parking was a bit of an issue as it was a busy night, but surely the culprit could've had the decency to come back in to 'fess up!

Yeah, had to go to Halfords this morning for a new one. Really annoyed as it was a actually a special Subaru one which was bought for my other half's 50th birthday!

Must have been some knock!

I would report back to Cjs. May be they could have a member of staff wandering in the car park every now and then to check for that type of things.

Not nice. I hope it wasn't too expensive for you guys to fix xx

Doesn't look like any actual damage to the car, thankfully. Just really damn annoying. We went back in to ask if they had CCTV but unfortunately there isn't any. xx

Ah that is good.

May be investing in a CCTV is a good idea, or a member of staff to monitor the car park regularly.

Even for women's safety when going to their cars after the party xx

While we can see the point of added security with cctv the idea they are being filmed walking into a swingers club could put a lot of people off.

True, although it can be argued that the club also has your full real name and demands ID on your first visit.

But anybody can walk into the car park unchallenged and do damage to someone else's property.

Glasgow ish

It wasn't me!

But I must thank the folk who came out to let myself and a couple of others escape from the car park.

For those that don't know, there are plenty of spaces just round the corner, 1st left as you pass Cj's gates (coming from the Point/Booker side) that are paid parking during the day but are free use at night.

I work in the security industry and it is a nightmare in regards to car park shunts, the process to obtain footage if any, paperwork etc.

And folk are right on this post, people would not feel comfortable with CCTV at a swingers venue, who is watching, what happens to recordings etc.

Unsure how much of this applies buy where I work we recently got external cameras and we had to justify them to the council and notify all whose property is within view and they can object.

We wouldn't feel comfortable. A name on paper is one thing, footage that could find itself anywhere is another.

We've actually had our car scratched in the parking lot too, someone must have came too close.

There are cameras called fish eyes which can be used just for things such as car parks , faces can be obscured by privacy markers but they are expensive , very...

I couldn't agree more. The next stage would be CCTV in the rooms.

Thanks to everyone who attended on Sat night. Michelle would like to thank everyone for all her lovely gifts.

I was sorry to hear that someone had hit a car in the car park and not owned up.

There are CCTV cameras in the car park and are monitored from the cloakroom but due to the nature of the business we choose not to record during parties for privacy and discretion. Unfortunately we cannot watch them 24/7 but do try our best to keep an eye on things.

Roll on my birthday party on Halloween 29th October. Cj xx

CCTV in rooms wouldn't be a bad thing imo
