Then, suddenly, reality returns. You don't know when your next meet will be. You hit two hours sleep and were buzzing and now there's not enough coffee in the world and the kids seem extra loud.

The post sex blues are a thing.

Its like a downer after a sugar rush as the hormones in the body regulate back down.
